We want you to adore every item you purchase from us here at Gregory Lane Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Don't worry, we've got you covered with our hassle-free return policy.

For online purchases, we offer ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY if you return the item within 14 business days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, after this timeframe, we won't be able to accept returns due to hygiene reasons. The store credit will be equivalent to the amount you paid for the product, excluding any shipping and handling charges.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the item is in perfect condition. It must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or any other stains. We're unable to accept items that don't meet these criteria.

Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you have the option to choose between USPS, UPS, and FedEx for the return shipment.

If you used a discount code of 20% or more on your purchase, please be aware that the items covered by the code are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned to Gregory Lane Boutique.

As much as we'd love to offer exchanges, our limited quantities and high demand prevent us from doing so. Therefore, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size of the desired item and returning the original product separately. The returned merchandise will be processed for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY, which can be used for future purchases.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue store credit for such cases if it's reported after this 3-day period.

When returning shoes, please ensure they are shipped back in their original shoe box. For protection during shipping, place the shoe box inside another box or mailer bag.

Please note that returning shoes using the shoe box as the shipping box, or returning shoes without their original shoe box, may incur a restocking fee. The restocking fee can vary from $5 up to $25, depending on the original purchase price of the shoes. Additionally, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
